Station thirteen – A doctor hugs and comforts a patient
It asked a crumb
Emily Dickinson
Holy God, we pray for healers and for the dying.
Grant physicians and nurses strength
and resolve in their care of the dying, hold in
your loving embrace the ill and isolated. With
your gracious compassion and care, alleviate
anxiety, offer calm, and comfort the lonesome.
We ask these things in the name of the one
who heals all, Jesus Christ. Amen

Are there photographs, news clips, or stories about the pandemic that particularly moved you? The loss of a public figure? The economic impact? What is a story from this time that you want to be sure to remember?
What is a local story of a person or people showing love and compassion that you want to remember from the last two years?
